The Heron is a friendly, gracious, eye catching bird that towers above the crowds but reaches down to create wonderful intimate interactions. Like many water birds our heron is on a hunt for fish and pokes its beak in a whole manner of places hoping that the next shiny thing will in fact be a precious fish, although it rarely is. The knowledgeable Ornithologist is fortunately always at hand to keep the playful heron in check.
